Thread: Old Model Router Master??

Hi All

I picked this up on the weekend for $200. It looks to be the same design as the Yas engineering Router master. The gentleman I purchased it from was selling it on behalf of his father and said it has been used for many years. The height adjustment is still very smooth but the rail the router slides on has a bit of surface rust.

Would anyone be able to clarify if it was made by them or possibly a knockoff? If it was made by Yas engineering would I be able to upgrade it to the torque work center in future if I find a need for it?

Did i get it for a fair price or pay too much?
