    Default Spindle moulder

    Hi all
Would anyone have a spare parts manual & description of parts for a SCM Linvincible T 160 spindle moulder. I have 1 for a T 160A but the main vertical shaft at the bottom is different.

Have you tried contacting SCM directly? https://spareparts.scmgroupna.com/ They used to have a page with all the old manuals for download but it's been taken down
If you really get stuck there's one here for 5 pounds https://www.scosarg.com/copy-of-manu...scm-t160-parts

Is there something specific you need to know/get, or do you just want the parts list as a "handy to have" thing?

I purchashed the T160 from a deceased estate & the main vertical shaft was removed for repair. All the manuals I have received say T160 on the front couple of pages & the rest are for a T160A. The shaft on this 1 has a oil bath at the bottom.
We need some drawings to see how it all fits together. Not shure wether some parts down the bottom are missing. It looks like there should be another smaller bearing & seal, plus some type of spinner to send oil up to top of shaft & bearing ??

    Hmmm...
I managed to find a thread on another forum about it that has a pic of it assembled, it seems like there's a pumping system to send oil up to the top bearing. The guy who posted it is still active so you might be able to contact him directly for more help https://sawmillcreek.org/showthread....M-T-160-shaper
Good luck, if you do get it running it'll be the last moulder you ever need; those old SCMs are pretty much indestructible.
