Hopefully the wobble is caused by the chuck, one way to tell is to remove it and fit something else with a morse taper.

What parts are you looking to replace? Really only the drive belts and quill bearings are ever expected to need replacing through normal use; but you’ll probably find your exact same drill sold under twenty different brand names like Rok, Hare & Forbes, Carbatec and Sherwood so if you do need to replace something else one of the better manufacturers may be able to supply it.

How much "wobble" and what is wobbling?

The reason I ask is they ALL wobble to some degree or other - mostly folks cannot measure the small wobbles

If you have a dial gauge you can determine if it is the arbor/quill or chuck.

If not, it would still be worth knowing how big the wobble is. Sharpen an old bit to a sharp round point and insert in the chuck and run the point down onto a piece of bright steel marked with a blue or black texta and lets see the size of the circle scribed by the point.

Some things to try for small wobbles.
    1) removed the chuck and attached morse taper and rotate the whole lot by 180º and try measuring again.
    2) Try tightening the chuck in a different order of key positions.

Looks the same as mine, except mine has a Carbatec sticker on it.
Mine is not perfect, the quill has a small runout , but it’s good enough for most jobs that I do.
I have replaced the stock chuck with a better quality one to get better accuracy.

Remove the Morse taper, and check that there is no debris or burrs on the surfaces, it wouldn’t take much to cause problems.
After that I would try Bobs suggestions.
