    Default CIG Transmig 195 Transformer

Hi, i have a transmig 195, it was a great machine. I think it may have a transformer fault. When pressing the torch switch the contactor engages and the power to the shed trips. i have checked the rectifiers and these check out ok. also, disconnected them and the power still trips. The transformer does not visually appear to be burnt anywhere in the windings. does anybody have any ideas? any help would be appreciated.
