    Anyone Welding aluminum with a dc inverter stick welder ?What machine , what rods ,what range of thickness? What positions [vertical ,overhead?]How difficult is it to get it down ? Any photos? Thanks fellers , awaiting with interest ---- mat

    i have tried it before on some 6mm ali plate it was not very nice was hard to start the rod and they seemed to loose there flux easy and there not cheap
