Chainsaws
Couldn't be helped, but went down to Waroona Vintage Machinery Show pretty much in time to see a things being packed up to leave
But a good day out for the dogs - and I got these photos of the chainsaw collection.
Didn't see the guy to speak to.
Nearly missed the big two-man saws, until it clicked what I was looking at.
Cheers,
Paul

Paul, Wayne's Two man is a Teles Smith Saw.
My Dad used one to cut down Karri in Pemberton in the late 50's
I used to go with my dad into the bush sometimes - I still remember many of the things that happened.

Hi Bob,
That is a great photo of the 28B Villiers powered Teles two man machine. I believe the twin cylinder saw that Geoff is referring to is Wayne's USA built Titan Blue Streak Automatic, which can just be seen sitting in the back of his ute amongst the CC Engineering Blue Streaks, and what looks like a Sankey Aspin.
Wonderful old machines, and it is great to see them getting out and about. And Matty - I wouldn't be concerned about not seeing a Stihl 090 amongst this lot, as Wayne does have plenty of them! When the big old CC Blue Streaks are running 298cc single cylinders, 137cc pales in comparison!
Great stuff!
Regards,
Chris.
