    Default Help with chisels/gouges

    GEDC0198.JPGGEDC0202.JPGGEDC0197.JPGGEDC0196.JPG
    Hi all..
What can you tell me about the pictured tools.. sorry about the quality !
The long slim chisel is a Ward & Payne.. the 190 mm blade is rounded on one side and grooved for 150 mm on the other. it is 3.7 mm wide at the tip
The gouge has no makers marks only 7/8 for the width. It appears hand made and the tang/handle has been cut off by the former owner at approx 165 mm.

The Ward and Payne is possibly a paring gouge.
    Probably from a Patternmakers kit.
