Micah, the original Stanley Sweetheart tools were manufactured in the 1920's and 1930's. The new version is a very recent revival/marketing ploy.
This site may help in narrowing down the date range, by comparing the logo. It's hard enough to date an US Stanley hand plane, let alone the vast array of other hand tools.Pat

Probably Traut's patent for the adjustable bubble, Nov 3 1908 patent 902,778. Stanley would have continued using the patent date on levels for many years after the patent was issued, and the sweetheart logo is a better indication of the date of manufacture.

I A quick search on the International Tool Catalog Library https://archive.org/details/internat...cataloglibrary
Reveals a SW era Stanley Catalog No 34 from 1914. Other years are also available. https://archive.org/details/StanleyT...41914/page/n27
