    Default Old saw ID help needed please

    I've received the following query from Mick Rinaldo. If anyone can help, please reply here.

    "I was wondering if somebody could identify this old saw that belonged to my late dad , it was I believe purchased in 1955. , it has no Manufacturers name or model, I would appreciate if you could put me on the right track Thanking you."

    To me it looks like a user made saw even though it seems to be well made. I personally haven't see one like this though.

    I agree. Either user made or made by a small company, as it's entirely fabricated (no castings).
