Pantherea,
in photo No 6682 the tool near the top with the label attached, is a valve grinding tool made by Kunkel Mfg Co, Hart Michigan. Early 20th century I can't date it precisely.
There is another cranked valve grinding tool lower down in the same photo which I can't ID, underneath it, the pliers are for inserting collets on the ends of valves. My version says "K-D Mfg Co Lancaster PA made in USA Pat Apld For" and "No 605 KD Valve Keeper Inserter"
