    Hi All,

    Hoping that someone mught be able to identify this tool that was in an old carpenters tool chest that i have been given and i am cleaning up,

    I have never seen this before

    Looks like a nail puller. The sliding part of the handle is used to punch the puller into the timber to grab a flush nail head.

    I used to use one of those to pull the nails out of the packing crates that John Deere tractor parts came in
