Looking for Desk Clock plans/kit
I want to make a moderate-large sized desk clock for my partner for our anniversary. He's a civil engineer, and prefers simple and elegant.
I am looking for some plans (am happy to pay for them) or a kit I can customise. Maybe a tall clock with visible gears, or a sleek wooden base, with a unique clock face. ??? My woodworking skills aren't too bad, so a difficult project is fine. Any suggestions?

I have made a clock from the plans in the CMI catalogue sammymac - www.cmi-hermle.com
Ask them for a copy of their movement and plan brochure and the designs are on the inside back page.
Some nice simple, elegant, visible gear designs also here sammymac. These are not desk clock however they fit your other criteria
