    Default Not strictly a clock...

...but I thought this is the best place to give a heads-up that Clickspring is back with the mother of all clockworking projects; the Antikythera Mechanism: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ML4tw_UzqZE

Saw it yesterday, the whole production that he's doing is great.

Super high quality, it'll be great to see how this one goes!

Spotted this yesterday! Have always been fascinated by the Antikythera mechanism as it's the worlds oldest analogue computer and I'm a massive nerd. Never thought I'd get the chance to see one built in this kind of detail, what a time to be alive 😊

Now if only someone would do a build series on a Turing Bombe. That's something I'd love to build if money and space weren't a consideration.

I know this is an old thread but the latest videos in the series are fascinating. He actually makes and hardens his own files to make the next stage of the mechanism.
Those were the droids I was looking for.
