I would think DuckFlats would be the folks to contact, though I'd expect some form of confirmation, that the plans had shipped and more importantly, some form of acknowledgment of the plans type you purchased (electronic file or hard copy or CD, etc.). If their plans are anything like mine, you don't likely have the size printer necessary to run them off, without substantial reduction. The smallest sheet I ship is 11"x17" (280x432 mm), with most construction drawings being in the 24" (610 mm) to 36" (915 mm) range.

My two recent Duck Flats orders were electronic and turned up via an emailed download link within minutes of placing the order.

All the Storer plans I've got (gosh.. 6...) were A4 documents with some pages marked to be printed as A3 - generally within the range of an office printer. Though even the A3 pages were quite legible printed out on A4.

I got my GIS plans emailed to me within a few hours of ordering this week. I did send an email asking the same question as you.

edit: that was from Duck Flats.

To clarify, I ordered and paid online, then wondered where the download link was. Searched the emails and the website and there is no mention of download process. I then emailed DF, and had the plans emailed to me within an hour or so.

I blame the internets for the this need for instant gratification!

Always good when it is finalised. The Duck system automatically takes the money and emails a receipt to you and an order to them.

They see the order and send it to you. The system was originally set up for conventional plans on paper. It wasn't imagined that plans would be sent as email attachment. So there is a built in delay for someone in the office to send them to you.
