Default GIS Bow and Stern Height above Baseline

It seems a little odd to me that there isn't a drawing of the GIS showing a waterline and/or a baseline with heights to the top or bottom of the bow and stern. I guess I am just used to more traditional boat plans. I am building a GIS and would like to know the relationship between say the bottom at the bow and the bottom at the transom in relation to the floor/baseline so I can level the hull fore and aft with the boat sitting on two trestles/sawhorses. Anybody know?

The fore and aft tank tops (decks/"seats") should sit horizontal. That's only a partially helpful answer, I know, but it worked for me. Once my hull was 3D, I supported it at the three corners only. I leveled the tops of BH1 and BH2 by shifting the height of the front support and leveled the transom laterally by adjusting one of the aft corners. That allowed my to lay all the seat cleats horizontal off BH4 and BH3 and the centercase too.
