I think a lot of these have been dealt with now ... but I put some comments on the map. But they appear on a different page.

The Goat Island Skiff is an awesome lug rig sailing dinghy designed by Michael Storer. This map is intended to locate all of the GISs on the planet, allowing builders and owners to find each other. Further info on the GIS may be found at: Michael Storer Wooden Boat Plans Wooden and Plywood Boats Send the map owner an email with your location and build details to have your boat listed on the map.

Sorry! I hadn't seen all those comments. I've been so focused on work and my other hobbies lately that the map has been languishing. I'll see what I can do with those links. But fair warning: I'm not going to bother with too many points saying "name unknown, owner unknown, launch year unknown, current location unknown." That would be sort of pointless.

    I agree Paul.

I did some detective work on some of them. I've done a bit more digging today and might have better info on the two SF Maritime museum goats in the next few days.
