Tea and Jaffa cakes
I'm sorry to ask you all this, but, should I be worried about the amount of tea and jaffa cakes I'm consuming during this build??
Wake up thinking of boat, tea. Sit down before the day begins with plans, tea and jaffa cakes. Start work with a nice cup of tea.... and so it goes on!!!

Jaffa cakes are only the most amazing snack at only 1% fat which means I can eat loads without feeling too guilty!!!

Well, at only 1% fat ... they will be on my shopping list when i get back, but I will check the fat content of iced vo-vos first.
