    In an effort to cut national spending, David Cameron, the British PM, has announced he intends to make it more difficult to claim benefits.

    From next Monday the forms will be printed in English.

    Let's make it 10% then.

    Stopping people from taking their surfboards or prams into Centerlink will be a lot more effective. Don't you think?
