Yes who needs qualifications
just look at Sol - Telstra Boss he can over price everything to make it look good to shareholders which gains him a bigger slice of the cake for himself $12 mil. Argue that they can't upgrade the system make a profit of $150 billion. Hold back Australian's in the world of communications.
Or Rip off share holders to the tune of $150 mil and spend just 12 months in min security while a bank robber who steals just $150,000. gets 5 years hard time.
