Cleaning up engravings
You know the fur that you get in the bottom of engravings done with a V-bit? I've found a really easy way to get rid of it: a fine brass-bristled brush. It doesn't scratch the timber and it gets right in to the bottom of the V where it's impossible to sand; fantastic for text where you've got lots of lines close together going in all directions
