    there are a number of tools available online to generate airfoil shapes - i'd be really surprised if there were not ones for boats as well.
    This one will spit out a svg of the 2d shape:
    Airfoil plotter (n63412-il)

    I use that to make foils the old way, template and a router sled. Problem for me is getting it from 2d into 3d. Managed to do it once in sketchup though.
