Default need your help to build a cnc drive spread sheet

We are looking at building a new router and are try to work out the best axis drives for it. So we have a spread sheet that gives us the outcomes with varying inputs but we would like to verifier it is close to the real world results.
So if you know the following and can post it here we can punch it in and see how we need to play with it.
Once it is working I will post the SS up for everybody.
    Need the following.

    motor type; step, servo=
    motor size; 23, 34=
    motor torque;NM or oz/in =
    reduction ratio;=
    what the best acceleration;=
    top speed;=
gantry weight, or weight moved; kgs=
    screw type; acme, ball=
    size screw,=
    screw lead; 5mm, 10mm=
    screw length;=
    number of screws=

    Many thanks

Good idea-and good luck with replies!

Router type-Esab,1990 vintage frame & gantry & gearing; retrofitted with Tekcel K series electronics in 2001; Perske 3 hp spindle.
    Modified further 2008-10 here.

    motor type; servo
motor size; No idea. Not sure if servos have the same Nema housing rating. Pittman 14206 (?) for Z, Electrocraft E-345 (?) lookalike for x&y
    motor torque;oz-in = 48 for Z axis, 290 (?) for X & Y
reduction ratio;=offhand not sure. Z is a 8:40 (?) timing gear, plus ballnut screw 5 tpi or 5mm; X.Y have timing belt + gearboxes down to the gear against the rack
    what the best acceleration;= 0.05 z,and 0.1 x & Y I think it's set at
    top speed;= 40mm/sec Z, 200 mm/s x&y (in the air)
gantry weight, or weight moved; kgs= 120 approx (it's a monster!)
    screw type; , ball= (was Acme & delrin nut for Z, I changed to ballnut-MUCH better) X & Y are rack & pinion/gear
    size screw,= 20mm dia? Z
screw lead; 5mm, Z (Fleabay, ex China)
    screw length;= 400mm approx.
    number of screws= One:Z. X & Y are rack & pinion.
