You need to replace the dsp controller in the enclosure with a break out board then you can use your uc300

I think that break it board is designed to interface directly with the dsp controller as one unit. As far as I am aware it's not designed to work with other #### to parrallel motion controllers.
If the UC controller is powered up and plugged into the computer uccnc should just detect it as long as the licence is there.

If wanting a motion controller and breakout board combo as well as using uccnc then have a look at this.
CNCdrive - motion controls

Taw
It looks like you may have three stepper dives. Photo does not show enough.
If this is a correct guess then interfacing with the AXBB will be relatively straight forward. I have one here.
Can you show a bit more of the electronics? If they are stepper drives, do you have a model number to look up specs?

The AXXB will replace that board in the second pic.
Wiring drives to the AXXB is straight forward. Connect Y and slave (B) separately, not joined as in the pic.
The connections at the top of that board are most likely power and inputs (limits) Maybe control of the VFD.
The AXXB will require both 5v and 24v power supplies. You may need to add those depending on what else is already there.
The manual shows clearly how to connect switches, relays, VFD control etc.
