    Default inquiry re software

    Hi ,
5 years ago I purchased a flat bed wood working router.
B4 I could get it unpacked I fell very ill and 4 1/2 years later now in a wheel chair.
I found out that I had lost the software.
I have tried to contact the people I purchased this machine from { JCUT } but to no avail is there any forum that I can get in touch with to see if there is anybody out there who can help me Sincerely Brian McInnes.

Try here. CNCzone.com-CNC Machines, CadCam ,Classifieds, Metalworking,Woodworking

What model JCUT is it? Most CNC routers can use a variety of software packages.
And try a google search for the model number. I got plenty of hits off JCUT cnc. Looks like they are still manufactured in China.
Those were the droids I was looking for.

Sorry to read about your situation.
I purchased a CNC from JCut in 2011. It came with software, but unfortunately, it was pirated. (JCut's response was "get over it"). What looked like a proprietary interface was removed from the machine and rewired with a standard BoB (Break out Board) and connected to a parallel port on a PC. And I purchased Mach3. Later, I upgraded to a smooth stepper which I wish I had understood / known about originally!
The JCut machine is reasonably sturdy and it has worked well.
    Cheers
    David
