Interesting. I haven't finished watching yet (just got to where you created the two toolpaths in Aspire). You only needed to create one toolpath. Just select "Outside / Right" for "Machine Vectors" then select both the inner and outer vectors. Aspire will figure out the appropriate inside/outside offsets.
