    Anyone familiar with the cheapish laser engravers such as 500MW Laser Carving Engraving Engraver DIY Logo Marking Cutting Printer Machine from Ebay

    I have 100mm glass balls with a flat base that I would like to engrave on. Eternity memorials - remember your loved ones in a special way

    There not many people can boast about their balls on the internet....and get away with it
    I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

    Sorry I can't provide any info on the laser you mentioned, but I'm curious how the laser's power -- 500MW -- is determined?


    at 240V, 500MW equates to 2 million amps.
    perhaps it's 500 milli Watts?

    Yeah, that's what I was referring to above. Little 'm' is milli- big 'M' is mega-
    500MW is about half the total capacity of the Murray hydro power plant... I don't think lasers come that big...
