We bought a ballnut & leadscrew from that same mob on Fleabay 3 years ago, to replace an Acme screw & delrin nut on out Z axis of the router.
I just gave them the dimensions I needed for the top end, to fit the bearings on out machine, and the timing gear, and with a bit of finger-crossing and breath holding, it came back quite OK. I thnk it was around $135 inc post, for a 14" one. It may have been longer and I chopped it back with the dropsaw.
The pitch (5mm?) was totaly different from the Acme screw pitch (1/8") , but I just altered the software ratios, and all was good. The only real problem then was there was so little friction the Z axis wanted to fall a lot, but the servos hold, when the router is turned on.
