Milwaukee Die Grinder
I know a few people have used a Milwaukee short nosed die grinder on their cnc machines with great success.
I saw this attached Taig adapter which allows them to use ER16 collets with their Taig spindles and was wondering if anyone has seen this type of adapter for other types of machines. Ideally it would be great if one was available for the Milwaukee ... it has quite a long threaded shaft sticking out the end (am not in the shed so can't measure it) which should allow a decent nut/socket to fit over it ... I realise that the tolerances for this type of thing would have to be very fine to avoid runout etc, but Taig would have to had addressed that as well.
Cheers,
Alan
PS ... found that if you make a mistake in the spelling of the heading, it has to stay mis spelt ... so for all you "Gringer" people, this one is for you!!Last edited by Big Shed; 14th September 2009 at 08:47 AM. Reason: Corrected spelling error in header
