    Post VFD Setup - XIN YE ELECTRIC - YP-C1D5-2G

    Well, it looks like Chai is not supplying the Huanyang VFDs anymore.

    The one I just got is a XIN YE ELECTRIC - YP-C1D5-2G

    I got a manual with the unit but it is entirely in Chinese.

    So I guess I'll need some big time help to work which wires go where and what buttons to push.

    (I've borrowed the photos from Scotta over on CNCZone as it looks the same as mine and my phone takes crappy photos)

    Rule #1 about VFDs - do not buy it unless the VFD manual is legible in a language you are comfortable with.
