I'm so lucky these instructions came with my new vice
Reference to "surface the boat" suggests that this might be related to operating a submarine, as perhaps might be the more general prohibition on "forbid strictly the rap and the collision".

At least you received instructions, last item I purchased from China came with nothing just lot of pieces in a box, I had to work out what was missing 7 weeks later I still have not been able to contact the so called Australian
company.
