    Default Robert Sorby Chisels

I would like to give a huge plug and to the team at Robert Sorby UK.

I recently acquired some Robert Sorby Chisels and had a slight problem them. Having used them and got the feel for them, I liked them and thought it would be worth while getting the handles fixed up. They are a fine tool to use not clumsy or heavy handed as some can be.

So I inquired at Robert Sorby if the situation was a normal happening or something out of the ordinary.
They suggested that it could have been due to the moister in the air, it was pretty wet!.
And proceeded to tell me they were happy to send me a new set of handles.

This blew me away ,when we hear so much today about the lack of customer service and the couldn't care less attitude of many larger and sadly some smaller companies.

A month past and Nothing was heard so I dropped a friendly line to see if everything was OK.

Apparently it had got lost in the paper work somewhere but I was assured action had been taken and I would received a parcel soon.

Another week pasted and I received correspondence saying that they had thought the matter over and were concerned when getting the old handles off I may damage the tool itself.

So if I didn't mind they would send me a new set of Chisels and had added one I didn't have, for any inconvenience the delay may have caused me.

Friday arvo a parcel arrived and there they were Brand Spanking New Chisels + 1.

So if you are thinking of a new Set of Fine Chisels I can recommend Robert Sorby not only for the fact they make a darm fine Chisel but their after sales service is Second to NONE.

Good on ya Robert Sorby may you continue to ever prosper and if I get the opportunity to spread the word about your company I am more than happy to do so.

    Cheers

good onya for sharing, too often people are disappointed with the service they receive but there are so many good businesses out there who deserve accolades.
