    Default butter fingers

After reading Fozzy's dilemna with dropping and breaking his carbage truck I was wondering what matting we have on our workshop(shed) floors. Some floor materials are more forgiving than others.
Old conveyor belt is not to bad on your feet but not a soft landing for dropperd objects.
I have some old bar matting in a couple of spots, its ok but has gaps so screws etc get lost.
My favourite is judo matting(what they use to throw each other around on) comes in 1 metre squares interlocks together so easy to cover around benches and is solf to walk on and I reckon I have dropped /knocked my cordless screwdrivers off the benches a thousand times and no damage done. What have you got?

    Phil.

Just have 4 door matts along the edge of the work bench, but would consider those interlocking camping matt squares that come on special in summer, if the price is right.

Sawdust mate, you can't beat sawdust. Just let it build up and you have no problem breaking things when you drop them Finding them again could be a problem though.
    Reality is no background music.
