Yes another "GUESSING COMPETITION" for the local Boys & Girls Club.

You guess the correct number of lollies [candy] in the back of the truck and you win both the truck and the lollies [the funds being put towards new equipment].

I tried a number of different things to make this truck a little more special and spent way more time building it than I probably should have, but hopefully it's both attractive & strong.

The rear axle pivots while the tipper pivot is the fill width of the tray; furniture buttons for headlights.

The front is a mixture of merbau, red cedar, pacific maple and red gum.

The back is marine ply, oak and blackheart sassafras.

The finish is homemade wipe on poly.

    Cheers, crowie

You have been a busy lad Peter. I hope the fundraiser is super successful for the club. Plenty of detail in the cab to draw the interest from the general public.

You kept that build quite Peter. Top job as always, and hope that it raises plenty for the club.

Top job Crowie. Lots of fiddly little bits to deal with in that build. I hope it raises the necessary funds for the group after all the work you have put into it.
    My guess 524
