    Default Jeep Plans

I have looked through all of my plans and just can't find a set of plans for a WW2 style jeep, I thought I had some. Has anyone got a set or point me in the direction of some, does not need to be scale as it is a play toy. You all know what will happen as soon as someone points me in the right direction I will find some.

I have found these 2 plans in a book by Richard Blizzard. Not quite WW2 style though.

    Derek,

I had a 1963 Landrover short wheelbase for over 20 years. Leaked like a sieve. Had a 161 holden motor in it which touched the firewall. Noisy as you know what. Leaked oil everywhere, but loved it. I know you can get plastic model kits for them if you want to go that way. I had a kit which I built in the mid 80's. Pretty comprehensive. Probably the same with Jeep. There are plenty of WW2 kits on vehicles around. I can check for you if you like.

    Regards

    Keith

It is called Blizzard's wonderful wooden toys. It has 2 versions in it, the classic version and a modern V8 version.
It is available second hand all over the internet (amazon, ebay etc).

All Richard Blizzard books are a must have if you like large, detailed models. Lots of drawings and explanation which make them easier to build than you would expect.

Please contact me by PM if you would like to know more.
