    Default Massey Harris 102 Junior

A year or so after WW2 my father purchased a Massey Harris 102 Junior, I remember it coming down the drive all shiny red.
So for the first time I have painted a model , red and shiny. Scale is 12 to 1. John.

Peter, The model is 280 mm long, 12 /1 scale . If you look closely on the first photo the tyres were one solid piece , treads were set into grooves ,
routered out with the jig I used for the tyres on the Jeep. The wheels were tilted on an angel. Total 104 little pieces glued and fitted to the 2 wheels.
    regards John.

Wow!. There is so much detail in that model, and the paint job makes the whole thing look like it is made of metal and has just been taken out of the box. Fabulous work, you must be a very patient man.

On Monday I thought you only had one rear wheel done and now it's complete. Were you holding out on us or did you do the rest in the last 3 days?
I hope we get to see it in real life as it looks fabulous on here.

Even though I am not really a lover of painting model not saying that I would not do so as some of my toys are painted, This is one fantastic model and the red is something that brings back memories for you. Great build
