None of the wings are glued in, just in the groove waiting for final shaping.
Just showing the pictures as I got things done.I should add the whole model is made in maple.

Well I got er done.
Here's the project at Lumber Jocks.
The sub is based on what it would have been built like in the 1870’s.
Welding hadn’t been invented yet so the sub was built with rivets.
Also there is no real weapons on the ship but back then a good ram rod on the front was all that was needed to hole a wooden ship, and this sub could really hole one with it’s front end.
Now you know why all the teeth on the front. LOL
Hope the back ground pictures aren't to distracting but if you had seen the movie you would understand. LOL
