    Default Loads of fun

Geez that came up well Peter. The clear lacquer tends to make the toy look more hand made than a really good paint job which could look too much like a factory produced item. Kryn's wheels look terrific, really look like the real deal.
It would be interesting to work out how many hours you spent on this, then apply your hourly charge. I normally ask for $100 an hour, which would be getting towards the actual cost of a real front end loader.
Note that asking for and getting that hourly rate are two totally different things, but as they say, no harm in asking!

I'm sure the grandkids are going to have loads of fun with your masterpiece.

Thanks everyone for the comments/compliments on the wheels.
Peter, it's my pleasure to be able to put something towards a fantastic looking machine.
A comment to set the record straight, the wheels are hand made on a modified Pen Wizard, then shaped and finished on a wood lathe. In a PM to Peter, I did state that I would like to do them on a CNC machine, but it would take a lot of wheels to pay for one.
    Thanks
    Kryn

No problems Peter, just didn't want people thinking that I'd found a money tree and bought a 4 axis CNC machine.
I'm good at making people misunderstand me, just SWMBO.
