Toy Car Garage
When designing the build for my son's toy car garage i garnished a lot of ideas from this site and posts others had made of similar projects. So i decided to post my design in the hope that someone else undertaking a similar project may find it useful. If so, great, if not sorry for wasting valuable forum space.
Note: If the garage seems a little dirty it's cos my son decided he wanted to decorate it with talcum powder and no matter how hard i try i can't get it all off.

It looks brilliant and thank you very much for taking the time to do the plans and posting them. Much appreciated.

G'Day & Welcome "mric5180",
For a first post, your have done a brillant job; what a top garage.
And wow, you've done a great job on the plans.
Your son will have hours & hours of fun with it.
Are going to add the bowsers?
Do you have some decals/stickers for decorations?
Keep up the very good work.
Looking forward to your next project.
Cheers, crowie

Thanks for the compliments.
Crowie, i was going to add decals and i have the bowsers sitting the garage ready to go but i had to get it ready before christmas so didn't get a chance to fully complete it. Then to be honest i've not had a lot of time and my son seems happy with it as is so the motivation has waned a little.

Hi mric5180,
Good effort, I like it (as Gerry and the Pacemakers said!). By coincidence I've just finished a smaller version, pattern supplied from this forum, and it looks to come from the same 'stable'.

p.s. My painting lets me down but the little ones are forgiving people.
p.s.s. Hope the flying of the Australian flag doesn't make me a racist!

Hi Mric 5180
That’s a great effort well done, looks great I reckon the young fella would love it.
I was wondering if you don’t mind giving me some detail on the making of the roller door and the elevator, I have saved the attached plan in my library for latter reference and it would be good to put some notes there with the plans please.
I will keep a look out for some more of your projects may be you have one in the pipe line already.
Colbra
PS don't worry about the talcum powder I still give myself a good dusting down much to the wifes nagging about the messMay your saw stay sharp and your nails never bend
