Well done again. I agree, some of the easy looking projects are not quite as easy as they look. Love all the bright colours.
Reality is no background music.

They look great!
I can only imagine the number of hours waiting for paint to dry - only to turn it over and paint the other side...

Nice job crowie.
What paint did you use? I was going to make something like these but didn't know what kid safe paint was out there.

'I am' is reportedly the shortest sentence in the English language. Could it be that 'I do' is the longest?

G’Day Mick,
Thank you.
I just used "gloss acrylic" for the colour then added a coat of clear.
So nothing special for the paint as the children are supervised by parent or carer though most are between 2.5 to 4.5 years old.
I did try a number of different methods for the application; flat on one side, suspended on a peg, suspended on a rod; all just time to coat & dry.
Enjoy your woodwork.
Cheers, Crowie

Somewhere on this site I saw something about "safe" paint, non-toxic stuff the kids can chew on, maybe craft paint?.
Looks good, bright colours will get the kids eyes lit up!
Good for hand-eye co-ordination for the littlies.
cheers, billy
