Toys on Display
My woodworking club (Lake Woodies) put some of their toys on display today before sending them off. We make toys for disadvantaged kids in Australia and Timor.
Here's a short video of the toys:

The music is Handel's Fireworks (Handel’s Royal Fireworks Music is the full title I think). I am not sure how the toys get to where they are going actually. I will have to ask. I just joined the club in July.

They are a great bunch of blokes and ladies. All sorts of experience. We have four ladies that I have seen come along regularly and yesterday we had about 15 blokes. The ladies do scroll sawing, drilling and other things and they did a lot of the painting. One is making a harp for herself.
We made it on NBN news last night. The video here only works for me in Internet Explorer:

Wow, I miss the regional news broadcasts.....
I wish the Sydney media would do some "GOOD NEWS" focus like that one.
Thanks Mike John......Cheers, crowie
