I had a 76 dak dak ute back in the early 80s.
It was a 2 litre with the double acting rear end, it went hard and handled well.
They were different to load, one winters night in Canberra I had 4 in the cab and another 4 sitting against it out of the breeze. I couldn’t steer it with all the weight on the front wheels.
Same with machinery or timber you had to position the load in the middle of the wheelbase not up against the cab like a normal ute.
I have a photo somewhere of it with a Mazda T600 3 wheel ute on the back.
Doing up the Mazda currently.

PS How many points for a ‘thing’ ? My sister in law has one in Alberta.
I guess if a country buggy came along it would be game over for life.Jimcracks for the rich and/or wealthy. (aka GKB '88)

Got a little more done.
Glued up the bottom and sides.
Need to come up with something for the top, it's to high or something.
Wanting a little sleeker look.

I think part of the problem might be that your roof is too long and too far forward, from memory the front of the roof was square in line with the dashboard.
The back of the roof was in line with the back of the cab, as can be seen in the pic below.

Also can be seen in the pic below, the sides also sloped inwards slightly.

Hope this is of some help to you.

Of course you could do another one that is "radical"

There is a nice curve to the front I hope I'm not to far along to change that, we'll have to check that out.
Thia is one mean looking truck!!!

I should note!!!
That the roof hanging back from the front are shown on Dutchys plans but me not going much by the plans hadn't really took notice of them till now.
So all I can say is wake up Bruce and check the plans. lol

Bruce, I'm not sure, but I think that is the general idea of plans, something that is followed, to give a look the same as required.
Unless you're modifying it to fit 2 V8's side by side. It's easy to be led astray.
