    THANK YOU!!

I use a round-over bit in the Dremel in a Router Table....[use the same setup on all the toys I make to clean up the edges - works a treat]...

On the bobbin sander I used 3", 3/4" and 1/2"....

How about this one Peter? I've had it for years, I think it came from Bunnings originally. Every year it comes out and gets filled with lollies. And refilled an hour or so later... Once Chocolate Season is over it gets pulled apart again for storage.

It's made from 1\4" MDF, the top of Santa's hat is about 8" from the floor and the tips of the reindeers antlers are about another 1/2" higher to give you a sense of scale. The biggest piece should just fit in my scanner.

Thank you Ian, "A3" size is way too small as my reindeer stand 750-800mm high from hoof to top of the antlers...
The body only just fits on "A2" size paper.. Cheers, Peter

    Hi Peter

how I love the magic of vector images.
Here is a sleigh sized for a full sheet (2400 x 1200) of ply.
If you use the poster option within Adobe Reader, you should be able to print it full size. (If you would prefer a background grid, just holler)

If you send me a good orthogonal photo of "Rudolf" against a white, or other high contrast background, I can generate a drawing if you wish.

    EDIT
added A3 PDf with 2 cm drafting grid

Thank you for the offer, much appreciated...
I did a tracing of the original onto A2 paper and had it scanned as a pdf...
I've also received, with thanks, from Chief Tiff, the baby sleigh photo/scan with measurements which I've up-scaled to A2 also and scanned to pdf...
Both files are attached for any and all to get a copy...
THANK YOU everyone for your assistance and to those who download a copy; enjoy...
A safe and very Happy Christmas to one and all, enjoy the season of hope, joy, peace & love as you celebration with family and friends...
    Cheers Peter [aka crowie]
