Default Wooden Toy Train from a Makita Plan

G'Day All and thanks to Matador.
I have today finished the "Wooden Train" modelled on the makita plans sent to me by Matador.
I had fun making it, used wheels from my Rockler order [bit small but work okay], except the big ones on the train.
I found a 60mm wheel cutter I'd bought years ago and had a go; got to select the timber carefully for the wheels with the cutter, come up okay.
I painted the train & carriages nice and bright plus a final coat of clear.
It'll be used by the grandsons at home and the KinderGym kids.
Enjoy your woodwork, relax and make some toys.
    Cheers, Crowie

    G'Day "keju",
The bright colours are essential for kid’s toys and it helps hide the odd timbers scraps I've used plus my mistakes.
