Post Another Newbie

Just completed a oneday course in whittling with my wife yesterday. Course ran by Waitpinga Whittler and was great.
Came home with an almost completed project and some gear to get me started.
Joined the forum last night and have been looking around the site and am impressed with the quality of the work, I hope I can attain something near the standard of carving I see in the forum.
Cheers

Welcome to the forum. I have not done any carving so I am just as amazed as most people when seeing something come to life.
