    I have hinge : diameter 25mm thickens 0,4mm
and micro saw for metal diameter 40 mm thickens 0,4mm 100 teth.

Is really hart to work with that micro saw (too small and too many teeth).

I need micro saw diameter 40 mm thickens 0,45mm-0,5 mm for wood.

    Welcome to the forum.

If I understand correctly, you wish to make half-round mortises to accept the half-round leaves of the hinge. I don't think a saw is the appropriate tool. Most likely these are best done with a flat-bottom router bit of the same diameter, in both parts at once, with them clamped together, possibly with a spacer. It will be easier to make the mortises before assembling the box. Practice on some scrap to establish the depth of cut, and to determine the spacer thickness if needed.

    Cheers,
    Joe

It's a bit confusing. You would use a blade like that to install a barbed hinge, but that photo doesn't look like a barbed hinge to me. So like Joe said are you trying to cut out a semicircular rebate on the surface or cut a slot like you would for a barbed hinge?

Google is wonderful. If this is wwhat you are looking for:
