    Default G'Day

    Hi There,

New Member here and my name is Rob. I live in Marburg in sunny Queensland.
I'm a long time woodwork fan and I just recently refurbished a gem of a lathe made by A.E. Herbert.

Great job there Rob. Wow, that would be an OHS nightmare these days, with that saw setup

Welcome mate, please share stuff, whether stuff you make, or machines you do up. This is an awesome forum, there is always someone who has a solution for a problem any of us has. and some good humour too (well, and some pretty weak humour too - this one is currently running hot - What's in a name?

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Rob",
There are a stack of members in Brisbane area & across S.E. Queensland plus the rest of the world.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
    Enjoy the forum.
    Enjoy your woodwork......
    Cheers crowie

    PS - Nice little lathe....
