Thumbs up Pizza oven wood fired

G'day cobbers I have built some pizza ovens and timber epoxy boats. The pizza ovens have been built using clay bricks and pavers and work really well. No expensive refractory cement either, can build one for under $500.00

Hi John - got a link to a picture of one of your ovens? Sounds great (hungry just thinking about it!)

This one cost me the price of some stainless steel hinges and rivets, and a chimney (<$50).

    And its portable too!

Your ancestors must be turning in their graves, Bob! Still, we must not stay in the way of progress...

Anyway, welcome John, hope your contributions will be more "woody" going on.

    Default Pizza Oven Pics

    Hi David
I've just started building a site about pizza ovens on Squidoo and have some pics on there. I'm going to do a step by step guide on how to build it. As I am relatively new at this computer stuff I don't really know where to start. Is there some basic software to download so as to draw plans?
    Thanks for your message John

Don't know what all the fuss is.

Just turn the wall oven to the "Pizza" setting on the upper oven, and it uses the top and bottom elements to turn out perfect pizzas.

A pizza made with those ingredients will be terrible, David.

Bunnies now have a wood fired pizza oven, it is metal & comes in 2 big cartons.
    Costs about $1600.
    Cliff.

I bet you can not purchase anything like that from anywhere else.

If you use it once then the cost of the pizza is $1600.00 plus toppings.

What happens if the power fails and the gas runs out?

The same as when one runs out of firewood.
