Just a bit more context for this piece.
The client would like to use this chair with the piece
quoting the client
"This chair belonged to my great step-father, who was Austrian. It is the real McCoy, made by Jacob and Co, circa 1910, I reckon.
The height of the seat is 0.480 meters, the height of the arms 0.770 meters, and the width of the arms is 0.670 meters.
Perhaps not ideal for the application but would very much like to use it, if possible."
