How hard can it be?
This is a 100kg Jarrah cabinet for a client. The picture shows some very serious gears for his audio system. To minimise vibrations the unit needs to be heavy and solid.
The design is as simple as a cabinet can be. But it was quite a challenge for 1 person in a small shop. It took us 4 people to deliver it safely.
Jarrah was supplied by my good friend Greg Ward. Finish is 6 coats of Poly/Linseed Oil/Tung Oil mix. Polish is uBeaut wax.

Great job on the cabinet. Now what happens when the new owner wants to move?

Nice Wongo.
That is one heavy cabinet. I can feel the pain from here. It certainly wont move.
Did you put anything on the base, like a strip of felt, or leave it solid timber?Scally
