Question help with my desk

hey everybody.
I am planning on making a new desk for my bed room to replace my old one.
I was going to have a recycled natural edged slab made from jarrah or redgum but I was wandering what kind of base would be best for it? (like 4 legs with supports joining them all or 2 large legs with supports running accross between them)
the dimensions for the top are... 1500mm long by 750mm wide and I dont know about the thickness (probably 45mm thick)
please could somebody help
